Cancellation Policy

Woodstock Cyclones Wrestling Club, Inc. Booking, Cancellation, and Waitlist Policies These policies apply to all services offered by Woodstock Cyclones Youth Wrestling , including camps, clinics, private training sessions, team registration, and special events. Booking Policy Registration: All participants must complete the official registration process via our website or in person. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated or arranged. Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your registration is complete and payment has been processed. Required Documentation: For all athletic events, participants must submit a signed waiver, medical release form, and valid USA Wrestling card before attending their first session. Minimum Attendance: Some services require a minimum number of registrants to proceed. If a session is canceled due to low enrollment, a full refund or credit will be issued. Cancellation Policy Cancellations by Participant: Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to woodstockcyclones@gmail.com. Full refund if cancellation is made at least 60 days prior to the event or service. 50% refund if cancellation is made between 40 days before the event. No refund if cancellation is made within 30 of the scheduled session. Cancellations by the Club: Woodstock Cyclones reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any service due to weather, low enrollment, coach availability, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or credit will be issued. Waitlist Policy Joining the Waitlist: If a session or event is full, interested participants may join the waitlist via the registration portal or by contacting the club. Notification: Waitlisted participants will be notified by email if a spot becomes available. Once contacted, participants have 24 hours to confirm and complete payment before the spot is offered to the next person in line. No Charge to Waitlist: There is no fee to join the waitlist.
